Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is significantly different from its description.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all tags, accessories, manuals, and accompanying materials.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item as instructed.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:
- Damaged items

- Incorrect products received
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, you may need to follow the return process after receiving the item.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs may be covered by WildTraveller.
- For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
